These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you", or "your") and Mesh Nexus Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of our website at www.mesh-nexus.com and the services we provide.
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services.
These Terms apply to all clients, regardless of location. Any service engagement requires explicit written agreement to a project scope and these Terms before work commences.
1. Description of Services
Mesh Nexus Solutions provides custom-built AI automation and digital systems services to small businesses and coaches. Our services include the following four categories:
1.1 AI-Powered Marketing Automation
Design, build, and deployment of automated marketing systems including email and SMS follow-up sequences, lead nurturing workflows, and CRM integrations.
1.2 Business Process Automation
Workflow discovery and automation of repetitive operational tasks including data syncing, notifications, and cross-platform integrations.
1.3 AI Chatbots and Virtual Assistants
Design and deployment of AI-powered conversational assistants for client websites and messaging platforms trained on business context.
1.4 Custom AI Workflows
End-to-end design and implementation of bespoke AI-driven systems for clients with complex or unique operational needs.
All services are custom-quoted. No work is commenced until a project scope and fee have been agreed in writing by both parties.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Invoicing. Invoices are issued in accordance with the payment schedule agreed in the project agreement. Final payment is due prior to final delivery.
2.2 Currency. All fees are quoted and payable in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
2.3 Late Payments. Late payments may result in suspension of work until the outstanding balance is settled.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Important: Our refund and cancellation policy reflects the custom, service-based nature of our work.
3.1 Deposits. Deposit payments are non-refundable. They compensate us for planning and reservation of capacity.
3.2 No refunds after work commences. Once project work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for work already completed or in progress.
3.3 Cancellation by Client. Requires 14 days' written notice to sales@mesh-nexus.com.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Deliverables. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for your business operations.
4.2 Your Content. You retain full ownership of all assets and business information you provide to us.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
